Cannot cancel my Telkom Account

Cancelled account 1 August Changed to Afrihost as ISP 18 August Telkom confirmed by email only on 10 October account cancelled Telkom have been billing me for the last 4 months regardless I have been trying ever since to get the final account out of Telkom, and Telkom to credit the account back to 2 September No luck, no reply Affecting my credit report, cannot get home loan Telkom System states no cancellation and that the line is still active, beyond belief
