cannot cancel my services

<p>i sent my cancellation form for the first time on the 14th of december. i have spoken to telkom on 2 other occasion everytime they take off another debit order. the last time i sppoke to ttelkom the agent confirmed that she received the documents and everything was in order. i just received another bill from telkom and no credit on the money they deducted from my account incorrectly twice. when i initially phoned telkom the first time to cancel my account they said i need to send the email which nobody is doing anything about in the first place. also the reason why i ended up cancelling my services is because i had an outstanding fault on my adsl line for more that 31 days that to this day i still have had no feedback on. my question is what must i do do cancel my aqccount if the staff of telkom are to useless to do their jobs? if i could give a rating of less than 1 i would. absolutely brilliant service when you sign up but after that there is no more service. as for adsl. wireless internet is the answer nowadays.</p>
