CANNOT CANCEL ACCOUNT
I cancelled a telkom account on 14 January 2016. The account is not cancelled as yet (31 March 2016). I keep getting responses that they will investigate and get back to me as soon as possible when I complained at the end of February and in March. How does one get your telkom account deactivated!! I have reference apon reference with no response. Please telkom, do something!! <br> Previous reference for this complaint \Your ***\""
