Cannot Cancel a Contract
I am trying to cancel one of my subscriptions, but cannot get hold of an agent on the 081 180 telephone number to assist me, I have been trying to call yesterday and today, with no answer.
I tried emailing the "Service Cancellation" form through to ********** but the mail bounces back.
I tried cancelling the service via my online profile, but do not have the "Cancel" option.
