cannot cancel a contract

hate your service!!! I am trying for a very long time to cancel my contract, I went in store, they said it was too early to cancel and i need to come in during the last month of the contrat, whch is now. I go in store today and they say i cannot cancel in store, i must do it online, but they are currently offline so i have had no luck with this. Telkom, I see your ways, trying to get us to pay for services we dont have! This is now going to delay the cancellation and then I will be charged for a contract i dont have. Im sure when I try to ask for a rebate this will pose more problems~Isnt this *****! Hate your service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
