Cannot Access eMails

I am now at my wits end! I have been trying for the past week to have my email addresses *** and *** reinstated with only limited success. The 2nd one is working but not ***! I have been shuffled from 10210 to 10213 at least 6 times and all I get are promises, promises with nothing actually happening.

How difficult can it be to sort this out?

All I want is a sms with a password!
