Cannot Access BANKING while overseas with Roaming Disabled

I have migrated over to a new package while away traveling. As part of this my roaming was deactivated. Currently I am stuck in Vietnam. I use my SA SIM on roaming to receive SMS for OTPs. I have logged a query 2 WEEKS back with all forms filled in with multiple follow-ups and NO reply.
