Cancled service,paid off and STILL getting billed!

We cancled our Telkom ADSL,and not knowing that it includes another month of fees,we received a bill for back fees..Anyway,we settled the FULL amount on Sunday,and need a clearance letter or letter of settlement to state it has been paid off,YET can’t get hold of Telkom (on hold for over 20min each time!) since Monday AND THEIR SYSTEM still shows that our payment is outstanding - I need this matter settled,and I CAN’T Get hold of Telkom EVER!
