Cancelltion ignored and still being charged

I submitted a cancellation email for my ADSL Line and Data on the 25.01.2018. I still have not had any contact from Telkom. I have been billed every month since and I'm not even staying where the line and data are still being charged to. Absolutely terrible service from this company. I would like this resolved immediately.
