Cancelling with Telkom - a mission,

Terminating a service here takes a whole year! its ridiculous - the monthly amount was R170 , now they take whatever they want in upwards of R900 for a number that i haven't used in over a year - because the network is terribly slow.

Sent emails - called. Online cancellation -emailed the mobile email number - Tshepo told me it takes 21 days to verify if a number is cancelled or not. a month later - no confirmation , instead a bill. this is ridiculous! I regret ever signing up for this contract that was supposed to last only 2 years - we are now year three! im so annoyed by this! Never again!
