CANCELLING OF TELKOM LINE

cancelling of line ********** 251 and adsl line account number ********** 49 Importance: High

Good day see my comments to Telkom, I have sent 11 emails to have this sorted out!!!!!!

Please find attached all for my Dad (pensioner) KMC GOTTSCH, see all emails below trying to cancel this line from September 2017 to no avail, could you please see that this account is corrected and made zero, how can he pay for a line as he moved to Cape Town the 15 Aug 2017 and no longer reside at 27 Mossie avenue, Sedgefield ????? since then????

Please could you come back to us urgently!!!!
