Cancelling of a Telkom landline

Telkom, bad service. When they hear you want to cancel a landline, they are not willing to assist, but reason why the landline needs to be cancelled is because the person has died. You have to cancel a landline a month before you die, when I questioned how is that possible, the lady dropped the phone in my ear. Very unprofessional. Not willing to assist and very arrogant to the customer. Very poor service delivery to the public.
