cancelling my current adsl to move to LTE but declined!!!

<p>i have no words or sympathy anymore . i wanted to get the new LTE uncapped service and cancel my current telkom adsl account to do so. How ever telkom declined the LTE application because according to them my credit was below 500 when in actual fact it 630 and more . So how can i get past this doesnt make sense!!!! </p> <p>all i want to do is cancel my tekom adsl account and line and move to the LTE which is almost the same cost as what i am paying now. this is absolute **** that thes diffrent departments cant speak to each other or upgrade or move my current service to a diffrent one.</p>
