Cancelling lte with Telkom a nightmare

I'm trying to cancel my contract with Telokm after 3 months of struggling with Lte connection ,they are taking me from pillar to post..how do I keep aservice that is not working,my upload speed is 0.50 or less every day.Telkom is a ****
