Cancelling contracts is a nightmare - support center offers 0 support

The most frustrating service provider I have ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to cancel a contract that lapses over 4 years ago. Since April 2020. Again this month a debit went off. Why are they ripping people off like this! Never ever again- will I or my family use Telkom. Trash!
