Cancelling Contract Hell!

I have been trying to cancel my contract for the last few months. Every time I call the call centre they say I have to go to a store and fill out forms requesting my contract be cancelled. I have done that twice now at the Nicolway store. Not complaining about the staff there because they are very helpful. It's the process. Money still coming off my account each month for absolutely nothing. It's shocking.
