Cancelling contract
I've been trying to cancel my telkom contract since the 5th of August . I've been sent steps on how to cancel it online however that website keeps giving me an error message. I then decided to go to tge telkom store in jabulani and they logged it with the back office and provided me with a ref: Your query will be attended to.Your case number is ********** 6 on the 16th of August . I've been calling telkom mobile and i was told us recieve feedback on the 29th Aug... 8 called to day on the 30 Aug and the consultant told me that my case has still not been attended to and gave me attitude when i asked to speak to her team leader. She basically told me that there's only one team leader and won't be able to get to the leader. I just dont understand why im not receiving any feedback and its been 14 days since I requested for the closure . To my understanding theres only 7 days left for telkom to close this contract . Im so dissapointed in the services and i have never skipped any payments of this contract in the 2 years of service. Please close this contract ASAP and teach your staff members to be able to assist clients effectively

11 Sept 2018, 06:37Im extremely disapointed as my query has still not been solved telkom is by far the worst cellphone company and lacks customer service all you care off is sales and forget to maintain good relationships with clients........just because im cancelling this product doesn't mean I wouldn't be a prospective client in the near future....my husband wanted us to get a Wi-Fi router with Telkom but woth this horrific service and lack of communication......im NOT going to consider telkom and won't advice any of my friends or colleuges to either.
