Cancelling account a nightmare

<p>i have a month to month account at Telkom. I have been trying to cancel the account for months now without joy. I have filled in the cancellation form instore and sent it through email, no joy. Thinking of approaching a regulatory body now. its becoming ridiculous.</p>
