Cancelling a Telkom contract is hell.

Opening a Telkom contract is simple enough but cancelling the contract is a nightmare. I have been trying to cancel my contract form months without success and I still get billed every month even though my contract expired in 2017. Also after contracts expire you are then put on a month to month contract.
