Cancelling a telephone line virtually impossible

<p>We are forever having our phone lines out and up till recently in Feb '16 requested a fault to be repaired, after a long time they eventually fixed the line, it worked for 1 day and went dead again on 25/02/2016. since then I have reported the line and it was never fixed up till today. hense us deciding to cancel the line.</p> <p>I have sent numerous emails, with the cancellation form, Id etc which is asked for to these emails: ********** ********** Service Cancellation ********** ********** Never 1 reply back!</p> <p> </p> <p>every month I still get a bill although we had no service since FEB16. I phone them every month to credit the bill and to try escalate my line to be cancelled and they never credit the full amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>What more must I do to cancel this line as I get no joy when phoning nor any response via emails!</p>
