Cancelling a service impossible

I had two Telkom Mobile data services. I got fibre and wanted to cancel both Mobile data services. What a storey - they immediately cancelled the data lines, but keeps on billing me monthly. I no matter how many times I call the service sentre - it just does not get cancelled. What to do???
