Cancelling a landline

<p>I've been trying to cancel a Telkom line since May 2016 with no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>Waiting time at a store or over the phone is more than 1 hour and then I am sent from pillar to post.</p> <p> </p> <p>No response to emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>Service is really pathetic.</p>
