Cancelling a fixed line look-alike seems to be impossible.

The incompetence is so HUGE, even cancelling a landline (fixed line look-alike) is impossible. I app**** on-line to have my service cancelled as from 12/11/2018 , supp**** all required documents and received a reference number. Big surprise : I kept on receiving bills and when I finally managed to get hold of an operator today, 17 Jan 2019, was told that indeed the cancellation never happened. She had no idea why not and also could not do it for me, as the system gives and error. Now it will be escalated to another department. I am not holding my breath and will probably keep on receiving bills even though I have not used the service since 12 Nov 2018. THIS IS AGAIN BEYOND RIDICULOUS !!!!
