Cancelling a contract with Telkom is a nightmare

Be careful taking contracts with Telkom mobile because when you want to cancel it’s a nightmare.I asked Telkom to cancel my contract when they called me offering a contract renewal but that didn’t happen and since I wasn’t getting a bill I thought it was canceled until I just received a call from debt collectors and only then a bill from Telkom on an mms that I owned them so much.i called a couple of times to try get the matter resolved but instead when I called the call center they will always say they will call me back but they never did and every time I had to deal with a different person telling the same thing that I will get a call.Now I have a bad record because of this stupid Telkom because it took them a whole year to cancel my contract and I eventually had to pay them for data I didn’t use.
