Cancelling a contract

terrible service, cannot get through the call centre , tried on 4 occasions different times waited more than 20 to 40 minutes, no one responds to me on the web chat, I am advising them I do not know the number for my contract to link it online to cancel under the "contact them option", linking online is not user friendly
