Cancelled vs Suspended lines - Bad service

Contracts that were cancelled in February 2023 within the cool off period changed to suspended. No one at Telkom seems to know what they are doing but rather send me from pillar to post. The cancelled accounts showing suspended status on Telkom's record are now handed over to their collections departments. This is so frustrating and I need urgent help to resolve the issues
