Cancelled this 3 times already
We have cancelled our acount in March 2018. They still deduct from our account every month. We have filled in the cancellation form 3 times now and sent all they need. But nothing happens. And once again today the next debit order went down. We cannot continue like this and we do not have the time to email them every month with the same things asking to refund. Please cancel it.
