Cancelled Telkom line and still receiving invoices

I cancelled my Telkom line on 29 June 2015 and was informed that the cancellation will take effect on 29 July 2015 as Telkom required a 30 day notice period. I accepted this and requested that the line be cancelled, I was given reference numbers ***A and ***A. <br> <br> However it is now September and I am still receiving monthly invoices from Telkom! The call centre seems to never answer their phones!
