Cancelled Telkom Landline

The uselessness that is Telkom.

I went to a Telkom Direct store in Cradlestone Mall to cancel my landline as I was moving to a different area and did not require the line anymore.

this was done already in November.

I am still being billed. I want the cancellation done, and I want it done now. useless staff, useless provider.

Make me pay for something I don't even use, and was cancelled already.
