Cancelled services and being charged

In February 2015 I cancelled my telkomm line and adsl line as the service was completely useless. I had to give a months notice and paid R645,15 for a network and Internet that was none existing. March was my last payment. Now telkom is billing me R791 for April. Please fix this immediately and do not charge me cent for your none exexisting services.<br>
