Cancelled Services after Contract End but still Debited

I have cancelled my contract with Telkom that expired on the 1st of July 2020 with reference number ***A. Yet they debited my account with R600.70 instead of the R300.35 that I owed for the month. I disputed it without any response!

On the 31st of August they again debited my account with R202.70!

These guys are ****** and utterly shocking how they treat their customers. Even when you decide to end services with them they ***** your money!
