Cancelled services

I cancelled all services from Telkom as no one has been able to fix my line for more than a month and a half now. I encourage everyone to never use Telkom as an ISP as they are pathetic. I will not be billed for anything and if you do I will take legal action. Order nr ***/ Escalation references 724499,737861,***/51. Been phoning them everyday since the 31/08/2015 and can only handle so much. Not one department can give any answers as I spoke to technical, services, sales and retentions.
