Cancelled router

I ordered a cellphone online and they sell me a router as the package, when they deliver it was only a router i called them to found out why, they said the phone that i wanted was not on top-up. Fine then I've them to cancel the router and send back the courier to pick it up that was in January, mid February I started calling them. I was put through all departments no one will help me up untill last week the lady that i spoke to she said i must take it to TELKOM stores still i didn't get help. On the other side they are busy derbiting my account for something that i cancelled and I've never used it.
