Cancelled product not done

So great get to upgrade my LTE product at the end of December and for some reason the old contract was just left in place and now I am getting billed for 2 products. Well done guys and as far as calling in to get this resolved geez what a waste of time. Oh your contract was never cancelled , so now its my issue that Telkom is not doing their admin i get double billed way to go. Will not be renewing anything with you people after this and I sure as hell will never advise any friends or family to take a product through you.
