Cancelled Order Delivered

I have had a delivery on the 07th October of a sim and wireless phone for an application that I cancelled on the 15th September. I have requested that it be collected and cancelled but keep receiving sms's telling me I am active and will be charged at the end of the month. I cancelled the order in September after hearing nothing for more than a month on my application. I need this unit collected and cancelled and urgently. I also need to be assured that I will not be charged for anything.
