Cancelled number

<p>I gave notice to cancel my contract with Telkom Mobile ***), and convert the number to prepaid, as I wanted to stay on Telkom Mobile as a prepaid customer. In my written notice to cancel the contract, I specifiaclly asked for the number to be converted to prepaid. Guess what, telkom cancels my number together with the contract.... I guess they are not interested in having my prepaid business? I was considering 2 more contracts with Telkom Mobile. I think I should actually reconsider, if my number is not re-activated and they sort out their mess......</p>
