Cancelled my Telkom account and still Being charged

I cancelled my uncapped LTE at the beginning of December 2019. I received a reference number ***A to say the cancellation has gone through and is effective 31 December 2019. It’s 31 January 2020 and I have been charged again.

Thais is ******* and I am very unhappy!!!

I want my service cancelled!
