Cancelled my account, still receiving threats.
My account from telkom mobile has been cancelled on 25/11/2014, yet you still send me messages saying I have an outstanding amount. This is not the case Telkom has been deducting my account ever since, I have lodged numerous complains about this issue. My case number is ***0 for phone numbers *** and ***.<br> <br> In fact Telkom owes me the amount of R2499 for debit orders you deducted from my account. This is the second complaint I have lodged on HelloPeter and still no response.
