Cancelled months ago, still getting billed

So I cancelled my ADSL and phone lines in February and I'm still getting billed. I am at my wits end. I followed procedure, I've been in contact with consultants and still this issue is not getting resolved. I absolutely refuse to pay the bill as it currently stands as I have not been using it for over 3 months now.

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY CAN SOMEONE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME ASAP. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.
