Cancelled months ago. Still charged. Still no response.

I have emailed and called several times, but nothing has changed. I have paid the bill up until August 8th. I will not pay the new bill that has arrived and I expect a refund on the amount paid for July 16th - August 8th.</p> <p>Do not try to call me on my SA number as I am no longer using it. Please use email only or +1 ********** 677 .</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my 2nd complaint.
