Cancelled Line Twice But Still Receiving Bills

<p>I cancelled this line on Monday, 8 August, 2016 9:19 but nothing was done and i still was being billed.I was told it would be sorted out after i cancelled again.I did so on the Tuesday, 18 October, 2016 20:34.Yet today the 15 November.I still receive a bill.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent the supporting documents signed twice now.This is unacceptable and causing alot of hassle.Please sort this out and send me my proper last bill which should be around R1400 or less.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm tired of calling customer service.Its a waste of time.Pointless having them.Fire them all.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr D Rajah</p>
