Cancelled line and still being charged

<p>Hi there,</p> <p>I cancelled my landline and Adsl effective datw 5 May (ref number ********** 30A. This took place as requested. However, the invoice following i was charged for June services which obviously did not take place and charged for the debit order fee. I reversed the debit order as this was not correct. The following invoice, i was credited the line fees etc but charged a second time for the debit order services. I do not object to paying ONCE for the debit order services, but i do object to paying twice. Please can you ammend my bill. I am happy to send proof of these charges on two invoices.</p>
