cancelled line

I cancelled my telephone line on 17 Novemver 2014. ***.<br> That was not processed. I have been paying for that line until May 2015.<br> I phoned every month and still nothing happened. On my latest account the line was cancelled, but I was only credited for March and April 2015. I've been over paying R470 every month for the past 5 months even though I have logged complaints regarding this problem.<br> <br> This is truely bad service.
