Cancelled Insurance still debiting no refund

I have been a Telkom customer for a very long time but their service is tiring , they changed from Admin plus to another insurance contact without informing me as a client i cancelled a policy and they have been deducting my money for the past 4 months i called the call centre no one is helping is there a way of escalating such matters the other lady was very rude in my emails said i wont be refunded because the sent information email ti a wrong number Email how is that my fault? I want my money 😡😡😡i dont even know why am still a customer there !!!
