Cancelled Contract still being billed

My contract with Telkom was cancelled towards September 2020 and the services was quickly terminated, yet I am being billed for an account that is closed. Did the cancellation online, and then went in stores for stopping of bill payment, then was contacted by the debt collection agency and provided them with information regarding the cancelled contract. Now, the agency is quiet and the deduction of my account keeps being attempted.
