Cancelled Contract Never Cancelled!!!

Time and time again I've had to call in to cancel my contract, recently with second case logged on the 18th of April yet this is nearly 5 months later where nothing has been done and my account keeps on being debited each month. The sim has been destroyed months ago yet I am paying for something I don't have! I expect this contract to be cancelled immediately and refunded 4 months debit. This is crazy that cancellations are not done and all to good to just debit clients accounts. Its tiring to call every time and is a inconvenience to be with telkom mobile! ***
