Cancelled contract end June 2017
<p>Hi. Please help. I received the following sms: "Dear customer, we have noticed that your Telkom Mobile account is overdue...quote refence ********** 34". Based on the telephone conversation with the last 3 consultants at Telkom in June 2017 I do not owe Telkom anything and my contract has been cancelled. So what is this for?</p>
Any feedback on this? I received R600 odd invoice reference ********** ********** 55030 where the hell is this coming from? I was advised end of June 2017 by your Consultants that I don't owe you a thong. Now where is this coming from?
