Cancelled contract but still taking my money
<p>Telkom has got to be the worst company in this country.</p> <p>I cancelled my contract in February and have still been debited every month since. I have been complaining since 1 June and nothing is being done. I have sent the confirmation of cancellation to two different agents, complained on FB and have not been contacted at all regarding my case.</p> <p>I will NEVER EVER use Telkom again for anything.</p> <p>They have no problem taking your money but take forever to refund it.</p> <p>*********** and pathetic service!</p>

That is not acceptable because I received a confirmation of my cancellation via email in February already so I want a refund.
I have sent this email to two of your call centre agents who don't seem to be doing anything with it!
I am tired of waiting now and it is not my fault that your company is *********** - how can I receive a confirmation mail from Telkom but it doesnt actually get cancelled?
Please let me know where I can forward the email to because I want this resolved ASAP and I want my refund!
