Cancelled contract but still debiting

Omg I cancelled my Telkom LTE contract a while back and they are still debiting. My contract ended and so I cancelled. Now I’m placed on hold for 28mins to get them to cancel and stop debiting. It’s been 4months. No assistance whatsoever. This is disgusting and done intentional.
