Cancelled contract - Absolutely disgusted in Telkom's client service

Absolutely disgusted in Telkom's client service. After giving 1 months notice to cancel my contract, I am still being debited. Since 6 Feb I logged numerous requests via the website & call center, still no call or feedback received. While I am experiencing this problem my ITC profile is suffering and no one at Telkom is willing to assist me with the matter WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!
